Weight  Loss

We will begin by completing a lifestyle questionnaire that includes the types of foods you eat, the amount of food you eat, your current fitness level, your fitness and nutritional goals. The answers to these questions should be detailed and thorough. After I receive your completed questionnaire, I will develop a custom diet plan that aligns with your goals. This plan will include exactly what type of food to eat in each meal, the healthy amount of food to eat each meal, what time to eat each meal, daily water consumption, supplementation, and a four week workout plan.
To track progress, I require each one of my clients to provide me with weekly check-in that include pictures, weight, and a detailed response of how the previous week went and how he or she felt during that week.

​After I receive these check-ins, I make adjustments to diet and supplements depending on the individual's progress or lack thereof.

I am available for communication with my clients via phone call, text or email. 
I have over a decade of experience in diet planning and fitness. I am a certified nutritionist, graduated dave Palumbo's diet guru course, and master personal trainer. I am extremely confident in my ability to provide you with a plan that will allow you to effectively reach your fitness and nutrition goals if followed correctly. My plan will take all of the guesswork out of dieting and training. I will give you all the tools you need to succeed as your progress and success is my number one priority and passion. Contest Prep

Contest prep coaching with Team RTB is $225 a month and that includes:
•Customized meal plan tailored to you and the division that you are competing in
​•Supplementation and cardio regimen
•Weekly check ins with your progress pictures and weight

•Food logs
•Cardio logs
•4 weeks of workouts to start.
•Adjustment to the plan will be made weekly or as much as needed depending on how you are looking and reacting to the plan
•We will be constant communication to answer any question or concern that you might have and to make sure you are on track and looking your best
•All communication will be via email
•I can attend shows as long as travel expenses and backstage passes are being covered which it can be split by the amount of people that are competing at the show

Quad and Hamstring Vol 1

In this 8 week program you can expect:
  • a variety of new exercises week to week
  •  a detailed description of how to perform each movement and exercise
